The Outdoor Pavilion, featuring views of the Flatirons and our gardens along the Boulder Creek, is an ideal venue for 75 – 300 wedding guests. During your reception, loved ones can dance outside amongst the stars, surrounded by Boulder’s natural beauty. If you prefer an indoor reception, their Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 300 wedding guests. Gaze out through the floor–to–ceiling windows with magnificent views of colorful wildflowers and picturesque mountains.

The Flatirons Wedding Reception Package was designed to take all the stress out of your planning by packaging together the reception location, the florist, food and beverage, wedding cake, professional DJ and photographer and guestrooms for out of town guests. The Flagstaff Wedding Day Package includes food & beverage, wedding cake, beautiful floral pieces for the ceremony & reception, string trio for your ceremony, a DJ for the reception, and a professional photographer. Finally the Boulder Falls Wedding package allows you to create the perfect day your way, by selecting your own vendors for all of your needs. All of their packages can be tailored to meet your requests and budget.
