Coindre Hall, formerly the McKesson-Brown Estate, was built in 1906 and is modeled after a French chateau that rises up over Huntington Harbor like a castle out of a fairy tale.

Coindre Hall’s magnificent rooms have been recently renovated in keeping with its elegant past—a majestic entrance foyer for receiving guests, a spectacular circular stairway is the perfect backdrop for photographs, a grand ballroom for dancing on hand laid fine oak floors, a piazza for regal dining and a private bridal suite and groom’s room for the newlyweds to relax in.

Guy Reuge, world-renowned and award-winning chef, is now the exclusive caterer for weddings at Coindre Hall. He is perhaps Long Island’s most celebrated cuisinier, having garnered La Toque d’Argent, one of the culinary world’s prized accolades, along with being named Chef of the Year” in 2006 by the Maitres Cuisiniers de France. Reuge now brings his reputation for high-quality food and impeccable service to Coindre Hall, where he designs and executes seasonal menus reflecting his culinary talent and award-winning cuisine.
